WE ARE LOOKING FOR CREW MEMBERS~! 8D


Since lumalaki na ang population natin, napagdesisyunan namin na kumuha ng CREW para sa FORUM. Sila ang tatayong mods sa mga forum threads at mag-aayos ng mga dapat ayusin like spam and signature rules. Sila din ang magbabantay para walang mag-away, mang-bash at mang-discriminate sa forum. Sila ang Peacemaker sa forum na ito. :D

Requirements:

*Must be a SUPER JUNIOR FAN. (duh...ikaw ay nasa suju forum diba diba? LOL)
*Must be at least 15 years old.
*Must be willing to undergo a month of probationary period/training.
*Must have the free time to attend C&C meetings (usually on Saturdays)

At dahil FORUM CREW ito:

*Must have at least 25 posts. Mod kayo tapos hindi active..LOL

kaso busy month ko na ang March. :((

gusto ko magapply kaya lang nagaapply kasi ako as nurse sa mga hospital.. if ever matanggap na ako as nurse at natanggap ako as crew (feeling.. pero kung sakali lang naman) natatakot ako na baka di ko magampanan yung responsibility ko as crew member.. ang scheduling kasi ng nurse is magulo.. di fixed.. minsan umaga, gabi o madaling araw. minsan buong araw.. hehe.. (dito talaga nagreklamo noh) hehe.. well if ever magmuni muni ako try ko pumunta sa sunday :) wala naman masama sa pagtry diba? :eh?:

if ever di ako makapunta, gawin ko na lang ang lahat para maging best member ng org hehe..

Hmm. Pag-iisipan ko kung mag-aapply ako. I want to render time for this forum too. Lalo na't mejo petix mode ako ngayon. haha.

awww..i wanna apply pero kunti pa lang posts ko..hahaha..its so sad and if ever man, busy din ngayong month and the next..what a waste

I would like to apply as a moderator because I already have an experience in moderating a forum. The thing is, this application is all too sudden and I feel it's a little bit rushed.

It is already March and if you want your applicants to be 15 years old and up, you should take into account that they (a majority of them) are still going to school and March is pretty much a busy month for students. I mean, even if you think it is urgent to come up of forum staff for the club, it would be selfish to think solely of the interests of the club without thinking of the interests of the members, right?

Well, since it is in conflict with my classes this week (I'd be in Batangas for a school trip on Sunday), I'd just have to miss this opportunity. Besides, there are a lot of members (as you have said) who I believe have the capability to be a forum moderator.

BTW, question lang:

Probationary members ay hindi crew members? Ang crew members ay forum mods? So you mean, if we are not crew members, we are still on probation to be an official member of the fan club. Because PROBATIONARY ang term eh. So...do we have to do something pa so we could be an "official member"?

This is what I understood sa text na narecieve ko earlier ha. Please do clarify. Ang gulo eh.

I kind of sound arrogant but I'm not. I am just concerned on some things. Hindi ako nang nenega ha. Baka isipin niyo super duper sinisiraan ko kayo or something. Nagsusuggest lang since may experience rin naman ako in other organizations outside SJUPH. Don't take it in the wrong way, constructive criticism sana ang tingin niyo sa pinagsasabi ko. xD

At February ang exam month diba? :D Though hindi namin nilalahat pero MOSTLY ganun na ang sched by MARCH. At NEVER namin inuna ang interest ng FC before the MEMBERS. Sus, e di kung inuuna namin ang FC e di sana pare-pareho na kameng fulltime core at crew diba. Kaya nga me choice ka naman kung sasali ko o hindi. Nasa sa iyo na un kung sa tingin mo kaya mo sya o hindi. Hindi kami namimilit dito. LOL

Ayon kay pareng dictionary: ang PROBATIONARY ay isang noun na ang ibig sabihin ay subjection of an individual to a period of testing and trial to ascertain fitness as for a job or school. So kung probationary crew ka, ibig sabihin, naguundergo ka ng training to be a CREW. Hindi ko alam kung saan mo napulot un probationary MEMBER dahil wala namang nakasulat sa post dito about sa sinasabi mo. O.O Pero para lang malinaw...

*Official Member ka ng SJUPH kung mayroon kang application form na binigay samen. walang trial period or probationary period whatsoever bago ka maging member.

*Pwedeng maging member ka ng forum kahit di ka official member ng mismong FC. (paano? Wak magpassa ng application 8D)

*Ang PROBATIONARY CREW ay maguundergo ng 1 month ng training para maging ganap na CREW. Kumbaga tetestingin sila kung kaya nila o hindi.

*Pumapangalawa ang CREW sa CORE. Kung me problema sa crew, sa core kayo dumiretso.

Sana nasagot ko ang lahat ng tanong mo. Okay nga yan eh, nasasabi mo nasa isip mo. Wak mo din masamain mga sagot ko ah. Ganito lang talaga ako sumagot. :D

@Cris: LOL mahaba lang talaga ako magreply. As I said before, yung naguluhan ako about the probationary thing is the TEXT I received from the core. Nakalagay kasi dun probationary MEMBER. Kaya I was like: WTF. Whuttttt? :hehe: Siguro nagkagulo lang sa format ng text, hindi biro ang mahabang text na GM-ed. (lalo na at OC ka katulad ko na ayaw mag shortcuts sa texts LOL)

Hmmm, pretty much busy month rin ang march ha. Nung HS ako, finals ang March. Kahit college na ko ngayon, haggard month talaga ang March. Ang daming kasing mga requirements na tinatapos and stuff since patapos na ang AY.

Grabe yung pagquote sa dictionary ng meaning ng probationary. :hehe: Alam ko ang probationary kasi nga member rin naman ako ng university-wide org sa UP, :hehe: it's just that nakakagulo ang pagkagamit ng probationary sa text na natanggap ko.

Anyway, mukha lang ako mataray kapag may mga ideas na umiikot sa aking magulong utak. Ang dami kasing ginagawaaaaaaaaa.
