Forum Rules
This is The Office or the Centralized Announcement Bulletin of SJUPH. It is where the respected Guests and Members are expected to hear (or read) of every official announcement from the Administration. ***************
The General Rules
I. The Forum
1. There are different set of rules in every board in the forum.They are made to be read, understood and followed so each member must take the time to do so. Failure to comply with them will earn the member warnings by PM***. 2. An individual should register only ONE account and use that to participate in as much forum activities as he can, the Management can easily find out if a person is using multiple accounts. Members are allowed to use artist's names with certain variations. However,the management discourages the use of the names themselves to avoid certain. (i.e. Good - I<3heechul. Bad - KimKibum) 3. The Management will perform ‘member pruning’ every five months for those registered individuals who aren’t able to post and or participate in any of the activities in the forum. A Member should be active, having at least 20 posts in five months, so as to not be included in the so called activity. 4. Everybody is expected to make a proper introduction of himself in Pajama Party. 5. The Management has the privilege of modifying titles and/or posts without first informing the individual who started it. They will only do this if there is a really great need, however. 6. Old posts/threads are to be locked after a month from the original date of posting. This is to avoid bumping of the current or newer threads and topics in the forum. 7. The Management is always present so as to help out, in any way possible for the development of the Forum Members. Whenever there are difficulties, they are always willing to give guidance and help to sort out the matters. II. The Post
8. No Spamming. This is the most common rule in all forums. In SJUPH, a post is considered a proper post if it contain five(5) or more words. “Thank you for sharing” and “Thank you for posting” are not considered as proper posts. One should be kind and considerate enough to, at least, comment on that article that his fellow Member had, in all kindness, shared. 9. No Artist Bashing. This is another very common rule, so everyone is expected to already be familiar with it. This is SJUPH. A fansite. And what does a fansite contain? Artists. Beloved artists. Saying bad things about them would hurt, not only their own feelings (if ever they get to read them), but also the fans that give time to adore them. 10. Good Titles. Nobody should post a topic with a ‘sTiCkY cApS’ title, these irate most of the other members, just so everybody knows. And the use of ‘ALL CAPS’ titles are reserved for the Administration, of official and important matters only. ‘Proper Capitalization’ in the titles is to be observed. And, lastly, the titles should not have punctuation marks in them. Other related topics will be explained in their respective boards. 11. Courtesy. The Administration appreciates the fact that the number of forum members is continuously growing, but, disagreements and other chaos-related things are strictly banned from this site. In relation with this, the Administration encourages the members to express gratitude towards others who were able to share things to the forum. 12. Credits. Wherever or whatever the source may be, credits are mandatory. They are expected to look like this: credits: naver + bestiz + the person who posted it (eg. donnahae@SJUPH). 13. No Baby Talk. An individual should post in a way that everyone else in the forum would understand his massage. Baby talk is for BABIES only, and the forum only accepts members who are 13 years and older. Baby talk really is not necessary. 14. Proper Labeling. There are different types of labels used in SJUPH. A label should be composed of an ALL CAPITAL WORD enclosed in brackets []. The following are some examples: [AUD], [VID], [NEWS]. The other types may be found under their respective boards. III. The Profile
15. The Avatar. The avatar is limited to the resolution 100x100 only. Anything larger than the given size is not allowed and will earn the owner a warning through PM. 16. The Signature. This article includes both the banner(s) and the texts. The banner limit is 320x125. You can put 2 images ONLY!. A SINGLE-LINE text is allowed together with the banner. A blinkie is also allowed. But 1 blinkie only. Text and Blinkie musn't be placed at the same time. Only 1 of these 2 shall be present in your signature. 17. Credits. Some people are very particular with the artworks that they had made, so it is advisable to put credits, and give thanks, to those who made the Banner Sets.
